No way Todd. Clay's tire carrier is way better than the SG in my opinion. But then I'm biased because I've got one and love it.

Not sure I understand - the price doesn't include shipping. I can ship it however you want

In case anyone wants more info and pics about Clay's design and fitment before ordering. I have his original design fitted to a 2008 ROW tub.

All the lights cleared except for the bottom fog light. I had to file just a little off to fit. Don't really mind because now the light has a place to drain all the water

I also took some pics with the pintle hook that someone asked for a while back. It will foul on the lower bar, shouldn't be a problem if you rotate the pintle hook to open or close the carrier but YMMV. Hope that helps!

You need to update your registry! Did you paint the 110? Love the clamshell rear door...very nice.

Sorry guys. No time and not enough folks to do a run at this time. I appreciate the ones that did come through on interest. I may do another in the future but need to get home and settled in to NC.

Yup, repainted to original Trident Green in PPG Concept. It's all documented in my build thread.

Question to anyone who installed with on a SW with an SD basket/ladder - did any of you use the existing backing plate for the ladder to mount the upper right hinge? OR did you use the one Clay gave you? The OEM/SD plate is stuck in there pretty well and wanted to see if anyone had just gone with that. Thanks.

I could draw up some CAD files for the thing. Would need a sacrificial one for measurements.

boooo haaaa......

I got the jig (as I am in San Diego) and the CAD files heee heee.......

O.k. next steps are jig goes back home with me to NC via Fastenal along with the CAD files. Brian (Brewie) and I will work up the specs on getting these going again for NAS and ROWs.
Thanks guys for your patience.

I'll see what I can do but this is the most cost effective one. and it is also adjustable so that you can keep tension on the rack so it doesn't bounce open or rattle around.
