After lots of thought we have decided to sell that cage for the 110. The cage was built by Spider Trax in CO. It has some of the best fat welds I have ever seen. All the other pieces came from Safari Guard. The whole package is essentially a ready to go expedition setup plopped on top of a defender. This is the exact same cage that is on Graham Jackson's truck. This is what is included:
Full external roll cage by Spider Trax (Including other custom bits)
SG front bumper
SG rear corner guards
SG tire carrier
Roof Rack (with custom bag made of boat cover material, LED lights)
Eezi-Awn roof top tent (used)
all of it for $9,000. I will help all I can but transportation is up to the buyer. Available for purchase after the 4th of July. For pictures Look here :

A considerable amount of time and money has been put into the refinement of the system. It has been tested on a trip to Africa and South America and refined for overland travel. For instance:
-The spare tire carrier has been modified and is completely off the body with 2 heim joints and a gas piston to keep it open. It clamps to the rear cross member at the bottom and has an optional pin at the top. This is so there is NO shaking on rough roads even with the spare tanks full. The carrier can also be locked by a padlock preventing acess to the rear door. (note: you will have to weld on the clamp to the rear cross member, I will cut it off my truck...easy)
-SG bumper tied to cage over front wings
-The sliders have been reinforced and tied to the frame by 2 extra tubes/plate on each side.
-Custom engine style mounts (very strong) for 8ft hannibal awning on both sides of the cage (awning not included but available)
-The roof tent mounts directly to the cage with custom tubular surround (removable). The latter rests on the front bumper and is very secure.
- We had security bars made in South America that bisect the windows. When locked (4 padlocks) the doors cannot be opened and it would be difficult for anyone but a child to crawl in the windows.
-Custom Propane tank mount on rear (generic tank included)
-Removable rack with waterproof LED trailer lights on rear in custom surround/guard
- many more little bits
Other then the welding of the rear clamps to the cross member, this is bolt on (with some new holes in the frame). The cage itself is in great shape with no damage to speak of. There is some light surface rust where rocks have chipped the powder coat... could use a re-powder coating or a coat of paint.
This is a great setup, well conceived and well constructed. As of now I will not consider parting as it works too well all together. If you don;t want the tent take off $700.
Speaking of, if someone is interested in buying the entire truck "ready to go" send me a PM and we can talk .
