TDI Snorkel

Fits 300 TDI. Left hand mount. Missing the top, which can be had for ~50.00 here

This was never installed and is brand new. They sell for ~300.00 new, sometimes as high as $400.00.

Make offer. Shipping is from 24441, Grottoes, VA. Buyer pays shipping, and I will arrange a reach-around for CVC as rent for the web space..

(I know the paper work says SS550HF, but this is a SS500HF snorkel)

DC, This is for a D90, correct? I'll take it for $50. There has to be more room under the left side than on the right side. I should go look.

Follow-up Post:

Oh crap, I read that wrong... the $50 is for the replacement cap.

Hmm.. let me see whats doing on the left side. I still have the right hand side one I never mounted but at least I have a truck I can test drill on now. LOL

Yes, this will fit a D-90. But, I think it's made for the 300 TDI. Not sure what the difference would be to fit your motor... http://www.safari4x4.com.au/docs/snorkel/ss500.htm

You may need to rob a intake fixture off of a 200 or 300 TDI to adapt it to the 3.9/4.0 motor, and you may need to get some other tubing from some where like McMaster Carr to fit it all together...

I just got your PM.. check for my reply, I'll take it.

While these are not ideally made for the NAS D90s, I have seen first hand a RH model mounted and operational, not too mention it looked kick ass. The day we had my 94 up at Randys, we spent quite a while modifying the template to cut the hole in the fender but we never went through with it as there was quite a bit that needed to be moved on the inside so we put a halt to cutting. Peter was most upset. He was ready for yellow paint chips to go flying all over.

No need, I just became certified in First Aid, adult, child, and infant CPR. If worse comes to worse, we can just stand around and laugh.
