Take-off welded 110 roll cages

If I had to guess I'd say these are made by P&P based on the overall design, but they're definitely way more stout than the bolt-together units. These are made of heavy wall DOM and have some serious mass to them.

The front tie-in is something you'd have to work out on your own, but personally I'd shorten the leg and make a pad that passes through and hits the bulkhead, similar to the way Safety Devices does it. The 'C' pillar just bolts into the tub and T-post, and the 'D' pillar passes through and ties into the rear crossmember.

As far as condition, they could definitely use a good sanding and a fresh coat of paint or powdercoat, but there isn't any rust worth mentioning. Pretty much all of the orange stuff in the pictures is red clay and silt.

I have two of these on hand for $1250 a piece, including the tie-ins for the rear. As for shipping, that's something we'll have to work out. Fastenal may be willing to take them, but I can't guarantee. Whatever the case, any materials or labor required to required to prep these for shipping will be passed on to the buyer.

If the front legs end with a flat plate with a 12mm hole Then front legs bolt directly to the outrgger as safety devices does use. You just need to slot the wing to suit.

Those look like Whitbread Off-Road 5 door roll cages.

Couple of options for ya to make it easier to ship and re-fit:
Roll Cage SAFETY Slug: FITS 1-3/4OD x .120WALL TUBING : TMR Customs, Custom Fabrication Components for Offroad Vehicles
Safety slug, you can cut the cage apart and use these to re-assemble it. We use these in Trophy Trucks to fix bent tube all the time
or these to make it so you can disassemble and make it easier to remove if need be
Interlocking ID Tube Clamp - 1.75OD, 1.5ID [1032] : TMR Customs, Custom Fabrication Components for Offroad Vehicles

These are just examples of what available, both options are as strong to stronger than the tube they are weld too...

Yeah I've used those TMR clamps a number of times with really great results. I'd be happy to cut these cages up at the buyer's request if that makes shipping or transporting easier.

And Matt, I think you're right! Looks to be identical.

Nice! Honestly whenever I buy fabrication parts TMR is the first place I look. Quality is killer and every time I've called the guys have been awesome to deal with. They definitely have my business.

Mike, I was provided four brackets total for each cage -- two (pictured above) on the interior of the tub at the 'D' pillar, which bolt through the floor to a secondary bracket that bolts into the rear crossmember. I'll snap a picture of that today. I don't believe I was provided anything for the 'A' pillar legs, but if it just rests on the bulkhead outrigger it should be pretty simple.

Victor, to answer your question -- I don't know if these will clear your ribbed roof or not. I'll send an e-mail to Whitbread to see if they can provide any insight. If there's any clearance issues I would expect them to be between the center rib and the center bar on the cage.

Could this be used on a 3 dr 110 soft top. would be modifying some bars but should interfere with hoop set..

Possibly, but I couldn't say for sure. The biggest difference would be that on the 3 door you'd ideally want your second hoop at the 'B' pillar behind the front doors, where this has the second hoop landing at the 'C' pillar behind the middle doors. It might look a little goofy.

You're in luck, Victor. Shoot me a PM and we can talk details.

Shayne just sent a deposit for one, I'll consider the second 'licked' by Victor pending the details of shipping.

Yeah those are the bars I would alter, I don't think I have seen a 110 3 dr ST with external cage before anyways.

Ash,
Can you shoot me the measurement from the middle of the rear most body bracket (curved mount attaching to tub) to the top of the cage (height).

Thanks
