Here's the pics.

Imola, not sure, as I don't know if there is a difference with the 97 rear door cards and the 93's. if in doubt, you can order one without the wiper motor cutout, and cut it out your self, and line up the chequer card with your vinyl/pressboard card, to get a perfect fit. just tell the guy. I told him some might want one without it.

On the closeup commented shot, you'll see that optimally, the vertical cutout on the left (side of the wiper motor, could be moved to the right about a 1/4", to aid in hiding the cutout under the plastic motor cover. As it is, the left cutout was just on the line of the wiper motor cover. I added a small spacer and then the wiper motor cover sat over the cutout for a perfect look.

Next up is to add a handy fold down table, fire extinguisher mount, and other goodies to that handy dandy space now. I gotta say, that $100 rivnut kit I got off ebay was a really good buy. wish I had got one a long time ago!

I'm pretty sure that the 95's and 97's don't have the little "doobajobby" right below the latch.

Got a tracking number and it's due to arrive on Saturday. Don't know if my pissed off email and voicemail had anything to do with it. Will post pictures when it arrives.

The guy is all over ebay selling 24x48 pieces and smaller with reasonably good feedback. Guess its the detail cuts they can't be bothered with. Was thinking of buy a piece and cutting it myself since I don't have the rear wiper or door stay it should be super simple. Waiting months for this guy to make cuts that can be done with a sabre saw or dremel makes no sense for me.

His prices went up as well, I wound up paying $120, and he did charge my card when the order was placed vice shipped.

Doug, mine will be in the same config that you'll want, you're welcome to measure mine up.

Received it today. My advice would be to order the sheet from him and save the $70 and cut it yourself. It's fairly clear that they just used a heavy jig saw on it freehand. It will work, though.

Almost done -- ran out of daylight. I've got a fire extinguisher, folding table, light and bottle opener on there. Working on first aid and trash bag holder and it'll be done.

$70 for a jigsaw quality cut ? That sounds like a career path I should pursue. Whats that work out to an hour ?

Calling them "jigsaw quality" is an insult to jigsaws. I cleaned them up a bit, and may do some more work when I pull it back off. Note that it took something like 6 weeks for him to produce it, too.

Both Mark and I ordered through him, he also sells on eBay. I'd think that his ability to ship a flat sheet would be fairly high, though it took an inordinate amount of time to ship (a poorly cut) sheet cut to template.

Randy,

Do a search on ebay for 5 bar aluminum or 5bar high tread. I would buy from him through ebay so that he has a bit more honess on him to ship quickly. An entire 4x8 sheet of this stuff in 3mm used to cost about $165. Not sure what todays prices are but $120 for a small peice to do the back door with sounds like a rookery.
