Hugo was my first year of college here in charleston and it was pretty fun afterwards really. FEMA did a good job on that one and everyone had water and food. Being on I-26 when it hit was my fault, the surf was so good I just couldn't leave until the National Guard showed up with machine guns and told us we were leaving. No asking at that point. Was really cool being in Charleston with 1/18th of the people and the FEMA money really cleaned the place up well.
