No worse than the steel where they they thread into the door tops - of course some anti-sieze would be recommended.

In the holes, the sleeves are there mainly for alignment, but I've never found they work very well and have been running without them for years. The bores are larger than the studs, so there isnt much touching to corrode. Pair it with stainless quicknuts from AB and you'll be pretty corrosion free in that area.

I find the holes still collect water though, so I loosen them sometimes and shoot WD40 down in there for some protection.

Window/ Door Studs

Do you have any more sets? If not, when do you expect to have anymore?

Sucks when tools break. I am in no rush, my Rover is still in many little pieces.
Thanks for the update.

Oddly enough it looks smaller, but they are the same size, they fit in perfectly and the old nuts even fit on fine. Sprayed a bit of PB Blaster and used vice-grips to get off, came off without an issue.

I just paid $112 for a set from Atlantic British . Such a frickin' ripoff.

I wish I could have waited for Matt's, but I am running without windows right now....

jeez, you make me feel giulty by having my set sitting on my desk since last year, I've been too busy to put mine on. Kinda wondering if the old ones will be hard to get off. They were a great deal thats for sure.

Just go for it, I was waiting on mine too thinking it'd be a long project getting the bolts out... the whole thing took less than 5 minutes to do, I hit each bolt with a bit of pb blaster, let soak for a little bit, then took a pair of vice grips and they unscrewed like butter... you can see above just how rusted they were too.
