Stainless Steal Defender Door Trim *VERY NICE*

Hello everyone, here is a nice unique piece for all three doors on the Defender. Its laser cut and mirror polished to fit at the bottom of the seat box that act as a carpet retainer and are viable when opening the door. Its 3 pieces, 1 for the rear loading door that runs along the outer landing edge of the floor and 2 for the front doors. We all know these standard trims all go rusty and tatty after a while but fitting it with these stainless trims these will always look great! Thanks!

Price is 175.00 Shipped.

I'm not sure how many defender owners will go for the mirror finish. Not very practical. If they were powder coated black I'd be interested.

Do you have any pictures of it installed?

Sure you can have them coated if you like but they really look great how they are.

They sure do but they will be scratched and muddy in no time. Unlike Range Rover owners a lot of Defenders actually go off road. This type of finish is the worst possible choice for this high wear/high traffic location and this type of vehicle. It is however perfect for a lowered, pimped out Range Rover that will sit in a garage all day.

Or you can consider them easy to clean, and there possibly is someone who might like them. And what's the deal with dumping on is poor guy's for sale post? Lets not be like that.

Just trying to help. Offer two finishes and see which one sells more. I could be wrong. Just a personal preference. Since when did we start sugar coating comments around here?

Defenderpilot, sorry if I have offended you. I did come off a bit harsh. Personally, I have an aversion to chrome finishes. Be open to whatever finish sells (within reason) and show a photo of them installed. Good luck with the sale.

It is the same brand. Redback 4x4.

Not bad mark-up in price!

$56 for the kit.

Hey Clay hows it going? Since it's a set I would like to sell them that way but if someone wants the doors only then sure. Thanks

Thanks Jim, it seems my thread was hijack and nobody cares much about respecting the forums rules in the sticky.

I apologize. I assumed you were making these yourself. I didn't realize you are just re-selling a set. Sorry for the harassment. I responded because I am in the market for a set of these in black powder coat. Note to self: don't post comments while having a fever.

Yeah, my original assumption was that DefenderPilot was just selling a set he had on hand, not that he's doing it as a business or anything. By the way, a dual-action sander will put a nice brushed finish on stainless.
