Chad,

That's an odd size and will not fit the Small Flat Rate. I'll check tomorrow.

PM your address, I'll drop it off at the Postal Service and you can pay me once I have the total amount.

The same one... It sat in your garage and now in mine.

I never found time to install it.

Wish I had the dough for that roof rack, If it's still available in a few months I might buy it.

Pedro, did you have the winch plate mounted? Staring at it and not quite figuring it out, any pics would be greatly appreciated.

I only have one that I used to start the procedure.

I got deterred to complete the installation because the frame horns were not up to the task.

The inner bolts align perfectly... can you see it in the pic?

I'm a bit paranoid I was going to beef it up with a plate to hold all 3 bolts... Never got around it.

looks close to what I had thought, just wondering how the other two small plates come into play. It looks like only 2 bolts will be through the frame, the rest are just to the bumper? Any idea where this came from, I might be able to get some info that way as well.

I don't remember if the two plates where part of it. I sent them because they matched the holes on the plate.

IMSMR, yes. two to the frame and two to the bumper. That's why I wanted to "beef it".

I got it from Ron (evilfij) a while back.

If you are not sure or not happy I can take it back.

They are great for off-roading and over-landing... hence Explorer... I should have called them The Christopher Columbus fog lamps

They are a fog lamp model from Pro-Comp
