Yes i understand what has to be done. That small 3"x2" box projection that is on the lower part of the frame box must go.

But would you and does the ecr one account for this piece also I believe new gavli frames do not have this. What purpose did it serve, was it for the under mount plate for original 110 winch?

If you google NAS 110 Safari Gard you'll not only see ECR trucks but also an orange truck which was Kermit's before it was orange. The older ECR pics are the original SG bumpers as well.

I've bought several brand new galvy frames. They all had that horn just like a factory frame. I feel your pain. I would be leery about cutting part of my frame off too.

Huh ? We-(specifically my brother) have a safarigard front winch bumper on a 110 and did not cut the dumb irons (part you are talking about) off.

That little projection is just a jacking point. Take out the rubber plug and insert the oem style early jack.

Cut it flush then box the end with 1/4plate, done!

You could cut it off with an electric 4in grinder and Cutting disk in about 5min

ok incase any one is interested to know the out come, I decided to fabricate a mounting mechanism like the ARB Bumper I took off. which has two horizontal and two vertical through bolt connections, and has a cut out for the 1/2" bump between the frame and the old jacking point.

Thank you for all the interest and if i decide to sell rest assured it will go on like butter on any stock frame. (I hope )

Thinking about it, I modified it to fit my st95 90.

FYI With winch I could not get this to work on my NAS 110 with extended grill. On 90 no problem

I have sit with my disappointment a little bit,

Sounds like as long as you DON'T have the A/C with the grill bump-out.

Is this still up for sale please

I was told there is no option 4, which would be to get it installed without modifying my frame or bumper.
Looking for a buyer ($2,400) or some sound advice, would prefer advice. I love this bumper.
Could you please let me know if this bumper is still up for sale.
Thanks
