Safari Gard Hi Lift Mount

Drilled for both NAS 90 ST orientation and also vertical orientation so can work on any D1,RRC 90/110 tire mount

$100 mas shipping

No idea why defendersource keeps flipping the flipping image. I promise the real item is right side up and does not defy gravity.

All depends on orientation of the phone.

figured as much but odd that flipping the image in iphoto doesn't fix the issue on d-90. guess I could do it in PS and save it but not worth the hassle.

It mounts behind the spare tire then protrudes through the center of the spare wheel. If I recall it won't work with alloys. You won't be able to insert the pin to attach the outer piece.

I could be wrong. I had one on my old truck but it was 12 years ago. I had GCR steel rims.

The SG works fine on alloys.

Have one made. I cut all my own parts out of scrap pieces and had someone weld them together. It's a pretty basic design.

I would be willing to make one free of charge for anyone who wants one if they can track down one for me to copy. I'll make a couple for myself and split the material cost of any metal I don't already have. That said, for $120 Jeff's are probably worth it! Mine are probably not going to be as pretty as I don't have a plasma cutter yet and I haven't convinced my friend's husband to sneak my stuff into someone else's powder coat job for free yet.

Here's the one I made.

It differs a little from other designs. The jack actually gets pulled in tight to the tire. This takes a lot of the weight/stress off the horizontal arm, and it keeps everything quiet/no rattles.
I used old shock bushings between the jack and the mount. Tighten down the wing nuts and slide a hair pin through the bolt to keep the nuts from backing off.
