Safari Gard Front Bumper for Defender

Ok, here goes. Safari Gard Front Bumper is off and for sale. Super Rare!

Pros: Genuine SG. Comes with the aluminum skid plate and beefy skid plate mount. No rust.

Cons: There is a 3" shallow dent on the lower center right which pushed the right winch mount up a bit. Should be easily bent back; I will not attempt as it will probably require the bumper be mounted on something solid and force applied to the winch mount to do it properly. Powder coat is faded. Small knick through the powder coat in front.

No winch is included with the bumper, though I will be listing a Warn M10000 separately.

I will post detailed pics today.

I think half the Source has emailed me about the bumper...I will try to sort according to agreed price and order of email/pm. I will crate for the price of materials and will take to a shipping point if needed.

I think the new knock offs are $1800 if available. $1800 plus shipping and we'll go from there.

I don't care if it's for a disco, 90, 110, series, g-wagon, hummer, etc... 1800 for a used dented bumper is steep! You could have a custom 1 off bad ass bumper built for that price.

Or you could learn to read instructions first and see that dumping on a For Sale thread is against forum policy, let alone in poor taste.

Out of the 24 threads you've started, just about 20 of them are to sell off your Disco parts. On a Defender forum.

Here ya go: http://www.discoweb.org/

FYI, many Disco1 and D90 parts are interchangeable.

Thanks. I don't have a Disco and I don't plan on owning one, though yours is quite nice.

That said, buy this brick of gold and bolt it right up to your Disco.

I tried to put a level to the dent but dont know if that pic maks it clear or not. Here is the area up close.

It is the part that bends down to the skid plate between the sticker and roller fairlead. It is a soft dent, so it should pull smooth. Trying to make a big deal of it so there are no surprises.

Offers welcome.

Dent is easy to remove. I had one much larger and a torch and large crescent made did the trick. After new powder coat you can't tell.
