Just an extra piece of info, these won't fit an early D90 frame with the tabs welded to the face of the rear crossmember. These were designed for the NAS and later style frames with a flush plane across the surface of the rear crossmember.

I've never tried. I've always assumed the rear crosses were similar enough. I'll size it up later today to see what it looks like.

If it does fit, it won't be long enough. Remember conclave?

Has anyone been able to modify these bad boys to work with a stock NAS rear step bumper? I have a pair laying around

You need to cut the ends of the NAS bumper off to make it work. I *think* there was either an SG "option" that had this as a full set (i.e. corner guards & modified bumper) or someone was doing these. There are pics floating around somewhere.

I'd be surprised if SG made that app. I remember the rig with that fab at MAR in the early 2's. The mix of round pipe and squared corners look hideous in person.
