Roof Rack from a Series 2A 88"

I bought this rack for my '71 Series 2A, but never put it on. I've since sold the Series...not to worry, she went to a good home and was replaced by an '86 Defender.

Does not come with mounting hardware.

Asking $350 OBO. I'm in Charlottesville, Va.

Do you have any pictures of the rack mounted? Also how was it mounted to the roof?

Timing might the issue.

Ron, I'll take the rack and ladder, but am heading on vacation. Can you keep the rack for a few weeks?

If you definitely want it, i can hold onto it. There's no hurry to get rid of it.

Sorry, I never mounted it, so no pictures of it mounted. The feet have holes with which to bolt the rack to the gutters, but I wasn't too excited about drilling holes.

I think the idea of those holes is to locate the clamps so they don't pop off. Drilling through the gutters = bad idea.

Ron and Craig, sorry I didn't reply earlier. Scrambling to get things done and packed for a long-ish vacation.
Ron, I'm okay if you want to sell to Craig. He's closer and I'm on the fence about selling my Series....

Geez, this rack gets around.

If anybody wants to know the history, I imported the 88 that it came on originally in 2006.

Sold it to a guy in C'ville a few years ago.

Matt, you sold the roof rack to me, in Cville. I sold the Series to a friend, but he didn't want the roof rack.
