Think those RM door tops any better than the door tops that come with the SP door kit package seen here?:

RM ones are much better. Aluminum and stainless and both windows slide. SP is per original. Steel frame with aluminum skin.

Rocky Mountain Products, Parabolic Springs, Shackle Kits, Shock Absorber Kits

Our doortops are supplied with dual sliding and latching window panes running in rubber tracks. New stainless steel mounting studs with locknuts are also included. The frames are made from custom molded aluminum extrusions and are extremely rigid. When mounted to older door bottoms the combined door/dootop unit gives superior door closure. The metal finish is anodized so that they can be left as supplied or prepped and painted as desired.

I got a pair of their doors earlier in the year. Took a ton of time emailing and almost 3 months from original conversation to I got the product. Very happy with the great quality doors...

I saw them and told a friend who is not a regular on here. He was just about to buy them from RM, I didn't think he'd get them in time! People are too fast here.

I got Ashtree doors years ago and except for a miss drilled key hole they are great. I also have a sP 4x4 Galvy rear door that I need to finish and mount.

I missed these from Lucky8; but I've been talking to the folks at RM about a set. My issue is obviously the raw aluminum look vs black. Can anyone confirm that these windows are easy to disassemble for powder coating or better yet to re-anodize black?

RM claims these are superior tops to OEM or the Exmoor/Proline option. And if so, the added expense to re-finish may be worth it, but I have no way to confirm that. Can anyone confirm they're the best tops for NAS D90 ST?

Yes relatively simple to disassemble and reassemble.

I have had them on my Series truck and they are the best aftermarket tops available in my opinion.

That $288 delivered price was pretty nice.
I'd take a set of defender tops for that price.

I have not talked to Jeremy in a couple of months, but last time they were so far backordered it was not even funny. After waiting and checking back for months I finally gave up.

That is why the ones that have come up here for sale have sold in literally seconds. Anyway, be prepared for a potentially long wait.
