Ide like some pictures as well.. How hard would it be, if at all, to modify it to fit other winches?

Hi Kris, I sent you an email with pictures.

The bumper can not really be modified for a different winch.
The Warn 8274 is considered by many as the best winch available.

I have the Rockware bumper with that winch and looking at the mounting area, it definatly has the room as well from what I can see, the holes for mounting another model winch. Here is a picture of mine:

OK I measured between the sides in the winch area and it is a tad over 22".
To fit another style winch it will have to have an overall width of 22" or less.

If someone would like me to modify the bumper for another syle winch then I will drill for the other winch bolt pattern and cut off the front and weld it back together to better fit the other style winch(the center area in front of the winch sticks out and extra couple of inches for this 8274 style winch.
I will include this in the $600 price.

Or $500 how it is.
