Scott, I already corresponded with Jack about this. He assembled the sets already so you'll need to get your own bolts. I'm going to take some measurements and order a new set from McMaster or Fastenal, but it will be a few weeks before I get around to it.

The hitches have been packaged with 4" long bolts. This may or may not be long enough to accommodate the 5.0 ton Dixon Bate tow jaw. I haven't had a chance to test fit one, but will report back when we know.

Jack,
Any chance you're going to make a batch of those 110 quarter protectors I saw over on EE's site? Nice job on those!

Miss Cleo says it's a sure thing...you're just working out the bit around the factory exhaust.

110 quarter panel guards will be ready with the next batch of receiver hitches. They will be identical to the version in the EE thread and will require modifying the exhaust on most trucks.

For those of you with 1999 and later trucks constructed with the thin crossmember and captured nuts, the holes on the receiver hitch match the pattern of the upper four holes on the Td5 style crossmember but will require different hardware.
Land Rover recommends the installation of a reinforcement kit to utilize this newer style crossmember for a receiver (KNK100090K). http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v6...rts/LT0097.jpg
This includes a backing plate as well as an L-channel. Understand that some adaptation will be required.
I am not producing a Td5 specific variant at this time.
