If you don't mind aftermarket, this is the same as those used on Volvo 240, 740, from the mid 90s. A web search will yield plenty of hits.
Obviously, genuine is preferred.

That is great info that have. I was searching for one of these a while back. The Volvo ones are probably cheaper too.

Wouldn't it have made more sense to PM Ken first before throwing out an accusation of a bait and switch? Especially with a guy who has a stellar reputation in the Rover world.

I just responded to George. I will gladly refund your money. It is news to me if the part you got is not genuine. I bought several of these years ago and never opened the boxes. They all had Land Rover Parts Stickers on them so I assumed they were genuine. My appologies.

Thanks Barry, as you know I would certainly not intentionally deceive anyone...ever, but especially on such an inexpensive part. Also for those that don't know me....I am not in the parts biz but am just clearing out the garage and closets....

Thank you Ken! Here are some shots of the Drier. As you can imagined, I was not not thrilled and felt mislead but im glad it was in error. Is it still possible that the other one you had might be a genuine one?

I think I have installed a genuine with a made in Taiwan sticker on it in the past. I think they were sold that way at some point.

Why would you assume it wasn't genuine based on the sticker? I have genuine parts with made in spain stickers on them. I think it depends on who Rover gives the contracts to. Things are sub contracted out in the OEM world.

Thank you gents

Thank you Pendy for pointing that out. I was pretty sure they were genuine but did not want to get in a pissing contest. Some were in those white and green logo boxes and some were in brown boxes. All had the part # stickers on them......
