Yes there is a plan that will most likely move as quickly as maple syrup in upper vermont on a january day.
I have dropped my own carrier off at a shop and they are putting together pricing. After brining it over and looking at there shop, they had no plasma table, bender so they would be outsourcing most everything and then assembling it. Good thing is that they are a single point of contact and thus solely responsible for completion of the task timely and within the qouted price.
I will see what they come up with. I gave them a target cost to make it worth me doing it and hence a final price that I think based on prior versions is palletable to the forum members.
I have challenged them to think of any way cut cost by doing slight design modifications to how the tire and tray hang off the carrier and to include a design that will fit on ROW vehicles (not ubstruct the pass. rear upper brake light).
