Rear Step Bumper Washers

I am having some made. These are the thick washers that are machined that go behind a step bumper on a 90 or 110 NAS. $25 a set shipped? Please let me know if your interested.

Clay; It was a long time ago, but I if I recall correctly, ECR was making these step washers, too.

I recall discussion on the forum about that fact but I am not sure if anyone has tried to place orders with them, price etc. Anyway I needed to supplier the folks who bought the 110 step bumpers with them as it was part of their package. Thank you for the heads up though but I have moved forward with production and they should be ready next week. If the pricing is not competitive with ECRs then it would appear I may have to talk with the machinist.

Ha. Yeah, but he was asking $35 PER WASHER, and never seemed to really appreciate the mail order business he rec'd.

From the step bumper post
Nathawind - Jason wanted one set
Smob - Steve was down for one set
Evilfij - Ron was up for one additional set
Lordhelmet - Paul wanted 2 sets
But if you guys could confirm. I know I owe Ron 1 set/ I may owe Jason and Steve a set I have to check who bought the bumpers.

On the 110 step bumper, do you need to drop the tank?

Tom,
I think you do as the 110 NAS bumpers had support runners that go inside the frame rails vs. the NAS 90s where the bottom supports go on the outside of the fuel tank cradle. Don't qoute me because I really wasn't paying attention to the placement of the gas tank when I was doing the bumpers which I may do another run as well. If any one has an interest but that is in another thread so please respond on that one.

Hi Clay,

I'll need a set to go with the bumper I got from you.

Speaking of which, I'm finally getting around to getting it coated, so I'll be installing it in a couple weeks.

Thanks!

Mike

Anyway it my typical "these will be ready" ASAP - washers are done - There is a $3 price increase per set so $28 per set(2) shipped paypal as a gift. Please PM if you are still interested.
