Apparently they were a start up that lost their lease. PJ told me he'll let us know if he hears anything.

This top was re-imagined to be used with the belt rail system. They kept the snaps to retain the original look.

Got it, really looks nice with the false snaps. I'd love to get one of these as a second top. Hopefully they stay in business!

Anyone have more news on the company that was making these? Are there any left? Are they still in business? I need one!

PJ, As I recall I converted that top to belt rail for you a while back. You asked to keep the snaps on at the time.

I'd like to purchase one when they become available. I found nothing with a google search. I guess you'll let us know if you learn more?

Pretty sure he made the one for the original poster. He can covert a tickford if you want. It's not his primary business but I'm sure he would do it if you asked nicely.

Last conversation I had with Chris a couple days ago, he said there would need to be a high demand for them since it's a different material he would have to order.

Might be worth a vote thread to gauge interest from potential buyers. I know I would like one. I love the look of the Tickford but having a brand new one, and yet one made with Badger quality would be very appealing.

I can't see there being a huge demand for a badger using snaps.

There aren't that many 94s left without a belt rail.

Converting existing tickfords makes sense since it will open them to use on all years. Finding nice tickfords can't be easy though.

I do have some tickford tops in stock that need a little work. I don't see that original material being made again. I think the Twillfast has better properties than the original topping.

Hey Chris. Actually, that's not the one you did for me. I still have that one and not letting it go! You did a great job. After unsuccessful attempts to reach you for another conversion I reached out to this local shop. They came as close to yours as possible. Sorry man, I just couldn't wait any longer.
