I believe this is a Voyager??
Pretty solid but ugly--it was bedlinered/rhinolined in its past.
Not rusty, but...looks like bedliner.
I'll try to get some more pictures.

Next HH should be the 16th...not sure I can make that happen, in fact fairly certain I can't given logistics but regardless if you're keen on the rack and you and Jeff need some assistance I can facilitate within the next few weeks I'm sure.
