Seems like 1/4th of that list is the D.C. area crew.. you could probably save on shipping/packing by sending one big box to the NoVA happy hour bar.

I could do that. When it comes time, I would just need contact information of the person who is going to be responsible for making sure the right people get their orders.

Yes we need more props. Getting tired of seeing Kang's seat box arm candy.

I got called back to work the day after Christmas so I will be out of town for a couple of weeks. Luckily I'm in pretty good shape to continue this process without being home and will continue to keep you guys up to date with any news.

Just a little update here, I spoke with the shop that is going to be cutting and bending all of the parts for the base of the unit, and they have quoted a price for the welding of the side plates to the center section which is the same price that I had figured it would cost me to do it. This will speed up the process quite a bit since I am regularly out of town for work, and should provide a better looking weld than I'm sure I'm capable of.

I'll be headed back home from work this coming Monday the 14th and should have three weeks or so off. Once I've had a chance to speak with my patent attorney and my accountant to iron out a few details, I think we'll be ready to make this an official group buy!

I got home from work yesterday afternoon and managed to get down to the company who will be doing the casting this afternoon. We discussed exactly how we're going to cast the part and ironed out the last few details. Tomorrow... Accountant and patent attorney (hopefully).

As promised, I spoke with the patent attorney today, and I have sent an email to my accountant but I have not heard back from him just yet. It's the really busy time of year for those guys so it may be a day or two, but he's usually really good about responding.

I want to thank everyone here for their patience, I am just trying to do things the right way and don't want to get ahead of myself where I end up disappointing someone.
