Philips-Milner Rover V8 to Series Transmission Adapter

I have a Philips-Milner Rover V8 to Series transmission adapter in good condition. The studs have some surface rust, but could be easily cleaned up or replaced. Part number on the adapter is K907

$300 obo

To help sell, I understand this can also be used to adapt a V8 to a 4 cylinder LT77 or short shaft R380. I believe ECR did a truck with this adaptor and the Ashcroft LT77 to series T case adaptor way back in the day. (Mike can correct me if I am wrong -- I know I saw one somewhere). My understanding is this results in a drivetrain that will fit in a 6 cylinder 109. Obviously please check my understanding on this before buying. :-)

Thanks for the info, I've been able to find very little info about this thing.
