Isn't that one of those old rechargeable water extinguishers? How many tire refills can you get out of that thing? How does it compare to a commercial OBA tank or scuba tank?

Not sure, it was empty when I got it, although it didn't have any powder residue at all.

I've got a scuba tank sitting in the garage that is in excess of needs if you want to play with it; got in from Jonathan awhile back ironically enough. Can bring it to the next HH if desired.

If you don't want to do a scuba tank, I have a few of these extinguishers sitting around. Shouldn't be much to ship. They are pretty light in comparison. The problem with the scuba tanks is they have to be Up to date with inspections to get them filled unless you can rig up a way to fill the yourself
