New, never installed, Exmoor Trim Lock And Fold Seats (Pair) with hardware and seat belts in XS Trim (Half Leather/Half Mesh). Been sitting in the shop in storage and now that I have time to install, decided to go a different way. I purchased these to be a safer alternative to the jump seats, but never got around to installing them. They currently smell like storage (mothballs) but I've pulled them out to air out. I need to go over the hardware to ensure everything is still there as one hardware box was ripped open during a move. I will post pictures this evening. I apologize to the members who PM'd me on these, please contact me again if interested. I hear Fastenal is shipping to all stores, but will work with a buyer on the most cost effective method of carriage and crating. Also happy to work a RURR. Located near Boise, and possibly can deliver to Seattle or Portland within a week. $2000 plus shipping.

Sorry if the answer is obvious-these replace the inward facing jump seats in a D90? Any modifications required for seats or belts? Thx.

Yes, these seats will mount in the load area on the wheel humps/floor and replace side facing jump seats. I installed a pair in my ex-MoD 90 and have been impressed. Not cheap, but I believe these are one of the safest options for rear seats in a 90.

Mine came with all seat belt hardware with the exception of the mounting brackets (mine are mounted in a hard top). I can find the part numbers for the mounts if you have a hard top. I am not familiar with the mounting parts for soft tops, but I'm sure it's doable.

Let me know if you'd like to see pics.

Greg

I also have some new hinge mechanism cover plastics as those almost always get mangled during transit.

------ Follow up post added July 13th, 2016 07:03 PM ------

Finally, yes, after much research, I found that these were probably the safest option for load area seats available for NAS 90s. They do not require any modifications structurally to the tub, but from what I understand, you have to either go custom on the rear upper seat belt mount or the rear plastic panel will require trimming. The genuine rear upper seat belt mounts are about $100 from UK vendors.

As far as the price, these are less than Exmoor USA's price and available now. Thanks.

I'll be leaving tomorrow for a week, but will be able to answer any questions during that time. Also, the route includes Tri-Cities, Seattle/Tacoma, Olympia and Portland so I'd be more than happy to deliver/link up free of charge anywhere along the route.

Make me an offer!

I'm interested, but yes, they would be installed in an NAS soft top, so still wondering about compatibility issues. Ghoregon, can you shoot me the mounting part numbers I would need and also clarify a little in regard to the seat belt mounting. Do the inertial reels mount in the same place as the rear bench seat ones did (rear lower corner on the roll cage behind the speaker cover)? Do you have the part number for the modified covers?

I just looked at Exmoor's UK site which has a lot more information/installation instructions. However, it looks like both top brackets they sell (OEM and aftermarket) are designed for hard top station wagons.

But correct me if I'm wrong, as I'm only looking at pictures vs having the kit in front of me. On a soft top; could you mount the inertial reel in the same place as originally installed for the rear bench seats and then you would have to fabricate a mount to attach to the roll bar at the top? Maybe something like a heavy duty clamp type mount that wraps around the roll bar with a nut welded to the clamp. Without looking at the roll cage (vehicle in the shop); you would probably have to modify the rubber roll cage cover as well I think. But does this sound doable? Has anyone already developed a system for this?

Im guessing not many have the balls or pockets to build adapters for something so closely tied to passenger safety.

NAS cages have upper seatbelt mounts in the back - which is how the bench seat belts function. Lock and folds have been installed in soft tops numerous times now and pics are available all over if googled.

Ok, thanks Rijosho! I'll see if I can't find more information. My NAS soft top had already had the bench seat removed and someone did a terrible job of installing the four center facing seats (drilled through wheel arch ribs and attached seats to the tub rail w/ sheet metal screws), weak!!! But anyway, when I tore it apart I did see the attachment behind the speaker panel (low). But your saying there is a second attachment point high on the roll cage?

As long as you have a C pillar, yes. The top corners of the C have bolts securing it to the rest of the cage. Those bolts secure the top positions of the belts at the rear of the truck.
