Ron,
Do you have a picture of the bulkhead behind the seats? How does this work? I assume you remove that section of the cage? What is the red u-shaped bar in the second picture? Can this be shipped cross country?

I will take a pcture of the rear bulkhead. The bulkhead slides in place befind the seats. It works like a regular bulk head but it is removeable.
The red piece is the top half of the cage. I painted it red cause I had some extra 2 stage paint. You can paint it black to match the rest of the cage if you like.
I can ship anywhere in the US. This came from Dave Lucas in CO.
In picture 3 you can see the cage thru the rear window.
The outside cage ties into the inside cage with grade 8 bolts.
Its very nicely engineered.

Rob, Here is a picture of the bulkhead. Let me know if you need more pictures or information.

Matt, I attached a picture of the Badger strapless bikini.
The good thing about the Badger is that it wraps around the outside cage so you dont get wet when it rains unlike the best top.
This is new, never been on a truck.

I'm interested in the 5 bar half tonneau. Is this hinged to the rear bulkhead? Or how do I get to my tuffy boxes on each side with the tonneau on. I'm also interested in the 5 bar rear corner protector. Are they Land Rover?

Thanks,
Ron Pascual

Bridgette, I have the top. Sent you an email. I assume you have the snap system on your truck.
You would need to install a belt rail. Its about $40 from Badger Coach Works.

For the half cab you would need to take the rear cage off from the behind the front seats back.
I can take off the old cage and install the half cab in about 5 hours.
No modification are needed for the truck.

Ron Check picture 3 of the original post. The half tonneau was made by Badger Coach Works and it is a heavy material. The fit of the tuffy boxes depends on if they sit above the the side gunnels.
See the attached for a closer look of the tonneau.

The corner protectors are 5 bar LR.

Ron,
Thanks for the pictures. I' afraid I'll have to pass on the half cab at this time.

The half tonneau is made of a heavy vinyl. Badger made it as a prototype.

It looks like aluminum from a foot away. Everybody is fooled by it. People come up to me and ask how I got the metal to bend that way.

I assume you are referring to this
Badger strapless bikini, Badger drop curtain, and Badger tonneau.
I have 2 of the 3 for sale but you would need to install the belt rail system and the tonneau would need to be modified as the 94 cage is differnt than the 95 and 97 defenders.
