I have a complete 3-piece headliner board for a NAS, sunroof equipped d-90. I stripped the old fabric and foam myself. The board is in good condition except for a small 1.5" rip near the sunroof. I don't think it would be an issue once fabric and adhesive are applied (not to mention the sunroof felt would cover it). I'm including a roll of D2- light beige fabric I bought from headliners-express this summer (link:1994-2004 Discovery I & II Headliner Material & Spray Adhesive - $152.50 : Headliner Express
My plan was to recover it obviously but I bailed for a different direction. This thing is taking up too much space and I'm tired of moving it. I can throw in the can of highly toxic (but fun!), ever so lovely smelling adhesive that goes with it. Warm temp/dry stored so no worries about moisture, cold, whatever.
I paid $250 for the old board and $150+ for the material. Would like to get $300 for the lot. will deliver in the Boston or VT area.
I don't check the board often so PM me if you want it.
