NAS Sparkle Wheel Arch Eyebrows

FACTORY Wheel Arch Eyebrows (Fender Flares) in NAS "Sparkle" from a 1994 Land Rover Defender 90. You can't get these anymore! Faced with not being able to replace my damaged RH front, I searched and searched but the NAS Sparkle is not made anymore by the factory and impossible to find aftermarket. So I sadly had to replace mine with a cheap aftermarket product. So YOU don't have to, I'm selling my remaining ones so that someone who needs one or a couple doesn't have to go with cheap ones like I did.

1 LH = excellent condition = $140
1 rear = excellent condition = $140
1 rear = minor dent in body flare = $60 with purchase of another.

You have a few options, the gloss ones will eventually match the others if left in the sun. Others have also had good results painting the gloss ones. Joel/crown14 did it.

Rear sold to Matt. I've been told so many times that the new matte black will eventually fade to look like the factory NAS Sparkle. I've got the new matte ones; I don't think they would look like the old ones in 1000 years of fading. Nor would they ever sparkle, nor are they even close to the quality of the factory NAS Sparkle that came from LR. Just my opinion...

Hey Joel, I am in the same boat. I need a RH front/sparkle. Curious, what did you get to replace them? Did you get them from RovahFarm?

Those are the ones. Poor substitute for the factory NAS Sparkle. Actually, poor substitute period. If they sold for $20 I could see buying them as disposables maybe.

Update: Just sold the LH front. Only 1 damaged rear available; minor ding, but noticeable. Someone who knows how to repair plastic could benefit; discounted price if anyone needs it. Otherwise, I'm probably going to toss it (with a short moment of silence first).

Can someone enlighten me about these "sparkle" flares? I was unaware there were different types of finishes on these flares, and perhaps that would explain why my right front is shiny and the others have a texture to them. I just assumed it was old and faded versus new.
Thanks
Pete

If LH front purchaser falls through I'll take it. Keith

There are three types of flares, the original matte version that came on the NAS trucks, the gloss black flares that eventually turn matte and the body color flares seen on imports. The sparkle flares referenced here are the matte flares, some have a sheen to them.
