NAS Rear Crossmember New

I have a NAS Crossmember that I got from SafariHP in November or so that I was told so eloquently by Georgia area Source members that I don't need. . I shipped it to forum member via FedEx in the same box Stephen sent it to me in and it showed up at his door a bit dinged up. He is doing a high dollar rebuild on a NAS 110 and wants everything perfect; don't blame him at all. Long story short, I took it back and straightened out the dings as best as I could. I'm going to guess that if I hadn't written that, you wouldn't know the difference, but I want to be upfront with everyone. Pictures attached showing the bends in three areas and after pictures. $280 plus shipping. Shipping from Georgia to Virginia was $29...so not bad for a big chunk of metal. Thanks.

I think I only really flake out when it comes to shipping things timely. I give myself and F+ unless I am not working and then its like grease through a goose .

Damn it. When you decide to sell it (and you will) because of the huge amount of labor and time involved to replace it, hit me up.

O and I laugh in the face of crossmember replacement after building one from the ground up!

Back up for sale.
My hope for this crossmember was to to make a steel covering plate for the rear crossmembers in powder coated black so that you any one with a NAS or ROW trucks that have a wavy crossmember could bolt on this plate in the existing holes and have a nice looking crossmember. The expanded thought was to be able to weld a variety of items to the plate such as a step, worklight eyelet, etc. I think it would have been fun. Anyway, never got around to making them so if someone wants to pick up the torch have fun. It doesn't look to be a complicated task - cut metal, bend just the portions under the crossmember that angle up toward the end of each crossmember for strength.

I'll take it. Need it for the NAS 110 chassis I got from Ron.

That's cool. Will likely be on the road most of next week so shoot me an email if I move into first position.

Got this very well traveled cross member. Going to weld it to a chassis so it quits changing hands.
