I'm going to order the KBX grill and headlight fascia and I do have a NAS Defender. It looks like to me that the smaller 2 lights next to the headlight are farther apart on the NAS Defenders.
Do all I really have to do is buy a $5 light to make the KBX headlight trim work on a NAS Defender?
Where would you recommend buying these lights?

Thanks, still a little green with all this

There are some old post with the silver LRX grill on my truck and boy did you guys give me shit about that grill. For the 94s the 2 running lights are the same so you can use your regular lights. The 95s and 97 NAS yes have a bigger bottom turn light that won't directly work with the grill.
Also, just FYI, these grills come with a louvers between the running lights. I took advantage of that fact and cut the holes in the front fender fascia under the lights to get more air in the engine compartment. On the driver's side, I ran some simple ducting from Home depot (dryer ducting) to my K&N cone filter underneath my fender vent....just a thought if you want to get some cooler air into the engine.

Note - wheeling the truck in hot weather, I had to remove this grill as it did not provide enough cooling to the radiator, the truck was starting to overheat - granted I was in the desert. Of course there may have been more factors than just the grill - fan clutch may be wonky etc. But to be on the safe side, if you are going with this grill and wheeling in hot weather, bring a phillips in case you have to remove the grill.

Where is the best source for these in the USA or do I have to get them from the UK?
