I made up 10 Drop curtains. These are made from a heavy duty truck tarp material (PVC coated nylon). Edges are hemmed and the window is welded in place. It attaches to the roll bar using 5 snaps. There are 6 Velcro points to reduce the amount of air leaking in.

Shep29 picked his up today and took it for a test drive and had a few comments.

Thanks to Shep, I will also be providing 5 straps so you can use a Bimini or other tops in conjunction with this. This product is 100 percent U.S. made. Made by Americans and American sourced materials. I will not use import product in our shop. I will make up more based on demand.

Price is $200 including UPS shipping to your door. If you are local PM me.

Rovertrader and Lavender have showed genuine interest.

I will be shipping the Wednesday after Labor Day due to travel.

Very interested- is there an attachment point on the bottom? Perhaps to the roll cage pieces that cross behind the front seats?

Cheers

There is 2 Velcro points that wrap around the lower cage. There is 2 more that wrap near the upper seat belt point, and 2 more that mount around the 90 bend of the cage on the outside of the outer most snaps.

I'm very happy with the product Tom. It's very well made and simple to install in 5 minutes. The rear window is huge and allows for great visibility when looking through the rear view mirror. I'm running a Surrey top and it cut down the all the wind from behind and made it easier to hold a conversation on the highway. On the way back I tried the AC and it definitely got cold quick inside the cabin (also had the safari door tops on). Can't wait to try it out in winter. Highly recommended!

Are the snaps built into the NAS cage? I assume they are integral to holding this bad johnny up. Slightly interested in this as I have an interior roll cage in my 110 but it doesn't have any snaps on it.

This looks like it might fit a military hoop, but I think my hoop is a smaller diameter than the NAS cage. Anyone in Texas ordering one I could look at?

If you have a NAS style Exo/internal cage I can make something up. I have access to a NAS 110 and can test fit it later this week.

Just order one and tell me the diameter of your hoop and I will make straps that work.

I'm not in the market as I already have one, but I'd highly recommend for anyone who might be on the fence.

Those who have paid: Thank you.

Here are some pics of the 5 straps that will be included with each kit. These can be used to either hang the curtain on a MOD cage or if you want to run a full top and the curtain on a NAS truck. I need to get the male snaps brought in so I can finish them up.

You can always drill a steel roll cage and put snap screws in the cage. They look like their name, a seeds inside of the mail part of a snap pill lips head. I used these to fin my Rockford on my belt rail set up

I'll take the measurement. Ordering will have to wait a week or so for the next billing cycle - my credit card is currently full of Rover parts

I'm trying to figure out how it'll attach to the bottom. I've got that bulkhead there, not the bar like in the NAS trucks. Or does that not make a difference?

Thanks.

We covered that in the other thread about the drop curtains Tom had started - it doesn't matter. It'll slide down the back of your seats and before the middle bulkhead, and make it even more air tight.

Here is an update on the quantities available:

5 people have paid

2 awaiting payment (people who have posted interest above)

3 are still available

Remember that you get the curtain and 5 straps so you can run the curtain and your top at the same time. Also the straps will allow you to wrap this around non NAS hoops.
