Mystery Rear Bench Seat

I bought this seat to use in my Series project but went in another direction and stuck it in my storage area to be forgotten until today. It really really looks like a D90 rear bench seat, but may not be, I'm just not sure. The material is different, it's not the weather-resistant stuff used on the NAS 90's, but more like leather. The release for the seatback is on the left instead of the right like a true NAS seat. The actual mechanism that pivots the seat doesn't look as thick as the real thing either.
The dimensions seem very close to a real seat, nearly identical, (see the comparison photos) but there are some crappy cheap brackets installed in place of what a real seat has. You'd have to do some work to install this in a D90, I think it'd make more sense to put in in a Series or something that you can fab up new brackets for.
I'm at a loss as to what it really is. I have some brackets that are genuine and the female portion of the seat belt only that come with it. See the photos for everything that's included.
If anyone recognizes this seat please feel free to speak up.

Thanks Nick! I had no idea anyone made on that was so close to D90 size. Even the weight felt the same.
It's actually not a bad looking seat, and according to Google there are mounting kits you can buy to properly install it. Still, it doesn't look as sturdy or well built as a Rover seat to me, but I think it'd be great for occasional use.

Best offer guys...

Thanks,
~Art

Seat sold locally, new owner didn't need the other parts, so the seatbelts & brackets still available (see last 3 photos) $50.00
I'll post a new ad shortly.

Thanks,
Art
