Mounting Brackets: Roll Cage

I bought 8 of these last year and I planned on using them to attach my roof rack to my roll cage. Since then, I have sold my D90 and no longer need them.

As seen here: http://www.colemanracing.com/store/shopexd.asp?id=7348

They are 1-3/4" and fit the external portions of the roll cage. They might fit some internal bars as well, but I think those are 1-1/2". Anyway, cost me around $14 each new, looking to get around $8 each.

Bargain bulk deal: All 8 for $60, shipped.

Prefer Paypal. Shipping will be around $5 for USPS Priority Mail.

Thanks,
Greg

Sorry, I work for a Brit company and they all talk funny....

About how wide (thick) are they? And what is the tapped hole size? Just wondering what sort of abuse they can take.

They are 1/2" wide, and looks like a 1/4" dia. coarse thread tapped hole. Coleman is a racing company, so the quality is up there. They are "small", but feel very strong.

Yeah, no. I couldn't rely upon them to hold 500lbs of rack and gear. BUT I am making a few accessories that I might be able to use these for.

In my case, I was going to use them 2 per mounting foot, so I thought they would be strong enough.

I do think they are better suited for mounting accessories though, as you said.

If Jonathan doesn't want them, then they are all yours.

I'll give him about 60 seconds to respond . . .
