Yes, front bumper. I was hoping the 95-97 would help identify the bumper as the style without the turn signal openings as seen on the 93-94 110/90!
It's still in the bubble wrap from the powdercoaters up the hayloft; I'll try to get it down today and post pics.

Trevor, would the bumper fit a Series truck? I thought they were almost idententical.

Chuck, the distance between the upper an lower bolt holes measures 3.5" ; the Series 3 here measures 3". The distance between the centers of the 2 inboard mounting holes is 26", the same as the S3.
On the top of the bumper are holes with captive nuts for mounting of a brush guard, as well as 2 smaller holes for I'd guess a license plate bracket.

Shayne, still have the ladder. It's still in it's packaging from Hannibal, but it's a 2 part, gutter mount in black with stainless hardware.
