I've always wanted one of these. I'm assuming the swivel still functions right and is not seized up right?

Anything on a rover undercarriage can usually be fixed with grease and a 1lb hammer.

You can take them apart, clean them up and grease them up and go to town on them. They have a grease nipple on the right side of the hook if you just want to pump grease in it to your hearts content then go to town on it.

This one works fine. They have grease zerks for maintenance too. But as Will says, they do come apart if need be.
