I am using the LHD one like this on my 94 as I am running a K&N cone filter right below the wing top vent on the drivers side. This is great for keeping the rain or snow off the K&N. Their are pictures of the cone intake in the tech section.

This looks like it's for the passenger side of a LHD vehicle......is this what everyone thinks??

If yes.....I'd love to get it Dave if Ren doesn't.

Does anyone know where to source these?? I tried a UK company that was making them in aluminum and they won't get back to me!!!

Nope. Wing tops get wider toward the front, not narrower, so this is definitely the driver's side of a LHD vehicle. Pic 2 would be like looking at it from the front of the vehicle.

How would that make the Webasto better?

I am not trying to be a smart ass, I have a Webasto and mine runs very well without this..

I'm surprised I missed it out of the gates.

So you're selling your LT77? converting to a R380?

with heavy ice and snow and the intake vent clogs up so you don't get much airflow from the heater... when it really came down I'd trudge out and clear off the intake so that I'd get enough airflow to make the interior nice and toasty and the windows fully clear, with this (if it was for the right side) I could skip the clear the vent stage and just let it flip on...

short answer: the engine heats up fine either way but the windows don't clear without enough air flow...
