Post Military(Sankey) Defender Trailer ForSale

For sale a Sankey British military trailer painted desert color. Made to pull behind the Defender nothing wrong with trailer. Thought I was going to use it but its just been sitting at the house the past couple years. Good shape no deep rust could use a sandblast and repaint. Trailer registered and ready to go. I am located in Grande Prairie, Alberta, Canada. Have lots of pictures if your interested. $2000.00 obo

Do you by chance migrate to sunny Arizona for the winter like the rest of your neighbors?

Sankey Trailer

I don't, but I do have lots of neighbors that do. Not sure who would be driving and would want to pull the trailer down there though. Might be able to get it back hauled?

What's the year of manufacture? The same 25 year NHTSA exemption for importing vehicles also applies to trailers. If it's old and unmodified then I'm interested.

For Sale Sankey Trailer (Pictures)

Here are some pictures of the trailer. The military does not register anything but it is over 25yrs old am sure of that. I have only had it since 2007 and the military owned it before that.

Cheers

I meant "honestly" as in sarcasm related to the fact that he's bringing it up like we're talking about a Puma. The governments job is well done if we're policing ourselves over trailers these days. Trailers! I love living in the United States of Russia.

Nobody is policing anyone. I thought it might be nice to know if I can import it into the US and title/register it in my state before buying it. Seemed like a relevant question to me.

You know what...my fault, I actually didn't realize he was in Canada (hence import needed). My apologies...it was a valid inquiry!

I was also thinking about calling the US the United Nanny States of America, but then I remembered I dated this really hot Austrian au pair and it made the thought of a nanny state a little too appealing and that was not my intent. Sorry.

Sorry to break it to you but unless she is over 25 years old you can't import her. It's an emissions thing you know.

Way past the emissions thing is to get them good and hot before testing.....

That was a stretch, but the crazy part of it is I have been around you guys and Shayne and Dro long enough to actually understand the humor and worse to think it's funny instead of just stupid!!!!!!!

Good luck with your sale Chad.

The separation of Shayne and Dro from "Guys" is obvious...but what do you classify them as? Surely Shayne and Dro aren't in the same class...how do you see them? lol...
