Lt95

Used LT95 out of my 83 110 for sale. 2nd gear synchro is a bit slow, othrwise it is in working order. Hi/Low/diff lock worked well. I have no idea of the number of miles. It is crated up and ready to be shipped, buyer pays for shipping. $350 OBO, located in Pullman, WA. I'm happy to answer any questions. I'm gearing up to rebuild 110 on a galvy chassis and need to get the old LT95 out of the way.

Why not use it? It's the toughest box Rover made...they still use 'em in Australia behind 3.5 turbo diesels in 6x6 trucks!

I run one in my trail truck with 38" TSL's and have never done a thing to it..it's early 70's vintage and I have been trashing it for ten years.... still has an overdrive on the back (don't use it anymore) .....If I were to be building a truck from the ground up with a v-8 that would be what I would use....

Hi Winn.

Yes the LT95 is a good design and very strong. This box is in good shape but not perfect. I am doing a complete rebuild of my 110 and I wanted the box just right. I had Rob D in ABQ rebuild a core LT95 adding some bells and whistles. The core was cheap enough to make it worth not sending my old box. Hence I'm selling the old box.

Cheers,
Paul

Not yet. The chassis and tank got some love from Customs and the whole shebang was delayed a bit. The old tank and fuel filler still have your name on them.

I just need to get this LT95 out of the way so that I have some more space to tear down the 110. Anyone? Open to offers.
