LT77 tranny & LT230 transfercase

Out of my 110 200tdi. I thought the tranny had something wrong and bought a new one. when I took it appart from the engine there was my problem...a broken clutch plate. The tranny is in tip top condition and has a cross drill output gear (new). The transfer case was originally a disco unit (1.2) but been converted with Ashcroft new gears to a 1.4 . I do also have a 1.6 transfercase. I can deliver it in a 300km radius. Otherwise shipping's on the buyer. 650$ for the tranny & 1.4 tcase and 100$ for the 1.6 .

I'm interested in a T-Case for my 1994 NAS D90. Not sure which is the right one... According to Google maps, I'm only 280KMs from you... I live 950meters from the Olympic Stadium in Montréal.

I can put it on the bus.. The 1.6 tcase as short gears. Shorter then the 1.4 (original 110 tcase). Ideal if you have big wheels and you need the pulling power. Down side is top speed.

I really don't think I will put larger wheels than 31". I guess that could be big !

Top speed is not really an issue for me, I rarely go over 90KMH in my D90. My truck is also a daily driver. Perhaps what would be best would be for me to call you, since we are relatively close.

yeah, kinda in a hurry as space is mostly needed in winter time.. 1.4 t-case seems to have a taker , will see. Soon I'll be with only a tranny left to sell as the 1.6 t-case seems to have found someone as well!

More and more and more stuff! I have a complete set of gears to convert you t case to a 1.2 (like the disco). Getting top speed and if you're not speeding gain on fuel economy! I average a 9L/100k with this setup. 250$ & delivery at the buyer expense.

Alright, here's the deal; I need to clear some stuff to finish my home project. Make me a reasonable offer and take home a good tranny. I still have the 1,6 tcase and all gears to convert a tcase to a 1,2.
Thanks

Jeff,

What's the suffix on the transmission? Also, how big of a PITA is to have it shipped to the US?

"E" suffix.. For the shipping price it all depends on how fast but, it ain't light weight!
