FYI if some here installs this into their RRC then you are going to need to widen the wood trim on the console to clear the shifter linkage.

On a 95 yeah if you keep the wood. Earlier models you gotta trim some plastic, or can use an 87 or 88 console setup. But on the '95 you can just remove the wood, and get a discovery 1 rubber console mat and window switch mount plate (or even a whole Discovery console) and it all looks perfect.

I didn't have to trim my RRC fwiw.

And I just jumped the neutral lock out wires to get the buzzing to stop.
