That Tar Heel Rover Parts guy near Charlotte had one listed for $250 a couple mos back. Might be worth checking with him.

Why does it matter? Its simple enough to cut the crank sensor bracket off and weld in a new one.

I understand what needs to be done, I was just looking to see what was out there. If I want to modify something I have 4.0 in the shop I'll just swap out the crank, rods and convert it to what I need. I don't want to pay for a block that I'm going to modify to make work when I have something that I can use. Just seeing what's out there. And he is two hours from me and I have to pull it so kinda out of the question.

Fair enough. I just feel like you'd be limiting yourself by looking for a P38 block. Most are probably pretty ragged out by this point.
