It's worth it to come down to Philly If you're in NYC. I'm in NYC and it takes me and hour and half to get there.

Looks like a Brownchurch with its feet replace with custom mounts

I LOVE this rack as well.

Can an expert chime and in inform the masses who made this ????

Looking at the Brownchurh website - it doesn't look like one of theirs - but I am no expert.

I'm far from an expert, but this is probably just a one-off custom rack. Any competent fabricator could build something similar, if not identical.

Am pretty sure it is not Brownchurch. Too low profile. But it is a terrific rack for sure, really like the design. I could be wrong but it may be the in-house design of East Coast Rovers. They had a low profile version of the D90 rack for NAS trucks and looks like theirs.

How did this rack tie into the truck? Did you have to drill into the body in the back and if so what was actually holding it the body panels or frame tie ins?

Yes, this was drilled in, I believe the body panels and bolts. I don't remember exactly, sorry

No problem. Without frame support I'm not sure how you could actually put weight on it without destroying the body.

The tomb Raider trucks has a similar set up and I don't think it tide to the frame either.
