Wouldn't look bad if you painted it black

Were you able to get the tire cover to work with the boost rims or did you go to a steel rim on the spare?

I never really tried it again, as I've been running steel wheels for the past 6 months or so. With the alloys you'd probably need to do two things: 1) turn the wheels "inside out" i.e. turn the wheel around so that the outside of the wheel is facing the tire carrier, and 2) use the lug nuts that you'd use with the steel wheels, as I don't think the alloy lug nuts will fit through the lug holes in the NAS 110 wheel cover. The boost wheels have that little bump out where the center caps go, which interfered with the wheel cover the last time....which was why I say you may be able to make it work with the wheel turned inside out, but I'm not really sure.

I'd like to put one of those tire covers on my spare so I'll look for a cheap steel rim to put the spare on.

I don't think there is any use for it other than looks. I'd like to paint one matte black and leave the defender lettering white.

Purely aesthetics
