These are not the flimsy ones some vendors sell, these are taller and thicker and I honestly do not know who makes them but if you want to run front dislocation cones, these are the ones you want. $40 shipped CONUS

I think you are on to something! Let's just call them "Steve era" RTE front cones?

You should see the rear upper shock mounts I have. They are similar to the RTE you sold a few days ago... Only longer. The welding and overall design makes me think they are also "Steve era" RTE rear upper shock mounts.
