FREE D90 Aluminum Roof Panel

I have an aluminum roof panel that I have had for years. It is scratched and dented but structurally sound. I have been trying to sell it for a while with no success. I want to get rid of the storage space that it is in....which means its got to go. Free to whoever will come and haul it off by the end of February...otherwise I will commit heresy and cut it up and give it to the scrap guy.

I also have 3 doors off of a 1988 RRC....same deal, haul them away for free before I chop them up.

Is this a Euro-style Defender roof? Would you happen to have any pics?

Here are a couple of pictures. I don't have the time to crate and ship this...if you want it you must come down and pick it up.

Looking at those pics, I'd call that a Euro-style Defender roof. Thanks. Too bad we're so far apart or I'd come pick it up.

Rob,

If Steven does not go through in taking your aluminum roof, please send me a PM or e-mail. I will work a back-up plan to figure out how to pick it up and get it out of your way.

Thanks.

Is that the roof off of a D90 or an 88"? Looks to be a Series roof, which wouldn't fit on a Defender, euro style or not.

It looks like it is a 90 roof. The series roofs had ridges runing the length for strengthen the roof this roof os smooth.

I am positive that the roof is off of a D90. The first person to show up with the means to cart it away can have it. I may be able to store it outside for a few days after I get rid of the storage container if arrangements are in place and I know someone is coming for it. I hate to scrap it but I can't keep it any longer...ditto the RRC doors.

Euro-style Defender roofs look a lot like Series roofs -- minus the ridges.

Rob, if Pendy doesn't take it I will. I can pick it up the same time I pick up the engine.
