What is the diameter of the tires? I'm trying to figure out if installing them would give me any additional clearance in my garage for my project.

Too funny. Jim. Surely airing down any tire with the same rim size would give you the most clearance? Or do you just not want to air down your current tires (although I can't see it damaging them)?

I figured as much, but I don't think airing down will give me the clearance I need. That being said, these tires are probably too close to the ones I have to make any difference. The 235/85-16's I have are like 31.5 inches high, so even if these were 27, I'd only get 1.75 inches out of the deal, and I need like 4.

Oh well, gotta take the project back over to the base auto craft shop.

Hijack over.
