For Sale: Rover Racks Custom Top

This is a Rover Racks (Roverracks D90 Top). Great condition. Glass is like new and no dents/ scratches/ marks/ flaws visible. I got it with the 1994 ST I bought from Alex. Dont really need it as I want to roll with a bikini top.

Price was over $6000 NEW.

Selling now for $3000.

You can leave your ST Cage on and it looks like a custom hard top.

http://www.d90tops.com/newdefender90hardtops.htm

Im in Indianapolis - will be glad to help take off and put on yours. No shipping at this point.

Thanks
Harold

Bump:
Price lowered to $2800.

To answer a common question: this is not an original fiberglass top. It is an after market top made by d90tops.com

Info from website:
We utilize the latest materials and technology from the marine industry. Highly resistant to stress cracks in the "normal" places. Hinges will not rust, or rub/ruin your rear roll bar, and rear horizontal fiberglass will not crack from stress of rear hatch opening and closing. Top is reinforced at all mounting p0ints with aircraft grade aluminum, and steel where necessary. Odorless top, no musty smell from being old and rotten. Interior sill protection made from angled aluminum, powder coated. All stainless steel hardware is included with your purchase.

This is an insanely good deal! I've always wanted one of these! WHY DON'T YOU LIVE CLOSER!!! :-) I have two OEM FG tops that I would trade in a heartbeat if this were only black and local. I've even called the guy at D90 tops to make sure he was still making these. Beautiful top. Glwts!

Still too rich for me. 10 more price drops maybe! I'm sure it's worth 2,500 to someone.

Road trip and can of spray paint!

Also will throw in the brush guard. Pretty decent condition.

Haha! Already drove the 90 to Phoenix in August with no A/C for one of the tops. I'm not doing that again! I leaked more fluid than the truck! ;-) Besides, you've got a killer finish on that top and an Arles should be wearing it.

Could it be repainted with out a significant cost? How is it in the winter? I haven't had a top on my 90 in 11 years.

I agree with Josh. There's no reason for there to be anything but a better fit with one piece doors. And the paint finish on this top is already smooth and glossy, so with proper prep, a respray should be relatively affordable. You get what you pay for when it comes to a paint job, but the substrate is already in great shape. These things come with the textured finish as a stock option, so this top was optioned out nicely.

Also it's not a hard thing to paint. Leave the top white and all you have to do is the sides.
