Bolt on. To the top two bolts of the pumpkin and to the third member.

not sure how big they are but if they fit in a USPS box its a flat rate no matter the weight ?

I just went to ups and I think you were looking at the top that was like next day air am delivery

I scrolled to the bottom and ground shipping was 26 dollars?

Jay, They are to big to fit a Flat Rate box. When I tries UPS it gave me a wierd amount.
