I am interested to be one of the 10 to get the Drop curtains in production for this year:-)
We are getting another early winter in northern Calif and I want to play and not freeze in my

Thanks

Hi Becky.. it should be getting close to that time if Art is going to do another run of them. If he doesnt post back in the next few days, post a reminder back here for me and I'll shoot him an email.

Man, my ears were burning.

Sorry, I'm not very active on this list anymore, looks like lots going on, hope everyone is doing well.

Actually I only need 5 to start an order. So far I have 3 - little early in the year (usually get orders when it gets cold) for it - anyone else want one?

Shoot me an email and I'll add you to the list.

Regards,
Art

I have enough people committed for me to do a run. If anyone else is interested send me an email, I'm placing the order this week. If you haven't sent your payment yet, please do as soon as possible.
Questions, email me: amvigil(at)comcast(dot)net

As to quality vs. Badger:
You're not comparing apples to apples. The Badger drop curtain is a high quality supplement to the Badger top. It closes off the area behind the front seats and seals up completely like a truck cab. I believe it even zips to the top. It's a finished product and pretty nice from what I've seen.

My curtain is a purposeful and inexpensive way to keep heat (or cold) in the cab portion of the D90 by blocking off the area behind the front seats. It is easy to fit and remove quickly and can be used with any top combination. The plastic window is at least the same quality as the one used in the stock D90 soft tops.
It is not as pretty nor does it seal up like the Badger, but it doesn't pretend to be the same product, it's not.
It simply works - well.

Hope that helps. Feel free to contact me if you have any other questions.

I can also add that the plastic is good and thick. I've had mine for 2 winters so far and it still looks good. As Art said, its not a badger but the material used is somewhat insulated reducing some noise as well as improving the barrier. Also Arts goes fully from top to bottom.

1st group of curtains will go out middle of next week. I'll email you with a UPS tracking number when yours ships.
If anyone else wants one, I'm still taking orders. Just drop me an email.

The last group of curtains went out today. You should have received an email from me with a UPS tracking number. If not, email me and I resend it.

Also, there is enough material for 3 more curtains. If anyone else wants one, drop me a line.

Art, mine arrived on Monday. Thanks! It's great, and such a good idea. I had to make a few mods, both to the curtain and to my overhead console, to get everything to fit, but it's going to work. It's at a local top shop now, having my trimming tidied up a bit. Also, I'm having them sew a black liner on the front side, to cover the fuzzy insulation. I could just see every bit of dust and muck that gets into the cab sticking to that...
